"Postcard size" exhibition

I’m happy to be part of the “Postcard Size” exhibition, where I present three new works from my ongoing exploration of flying houses.

Each piece continues my research into fragile architectures, suspended spaces, and the feeling of being both grounded and adrift. In this intimate postcard format, these floating worlds become small, like fragments of memories from a journey, sent home.

“Postcard Size” brings together more than one hundred artists around a shared constraint: the dimensions of a postcard. Within this modest format unfolds a constellation of practices, offering a rich and diverse variety of images.

Displayed on the walls and available in binders, the works invite a slower, closer way of looking. You are invited to wander, to discover, to choose a piece that resonates with you, supporting emerging creation while taking home an original artwork.

On September 24th, I’ll be showing some of my drawings at Est Galerie (76 Rue Saint-Maur, Paris 11e) during the launch event of Furtif Magazine No. 2 "Les mondes perdus" (Lost worlds).

I contributed eight illustrations to this issue, and the evening will also feature an exhibition of original works from the magazine, as well as the chance to meet many of the artists involved.

The event starts at 6 pm.  Save the date!

Les mondes perdus (Lost worlds) of FURTIF N°2

I'm very happy to share a special preview of FURTIF N°2 in which I recently worked on creating eight "celestial" illustrations.

FURTIF is an art magazine created by the talented Marie Dubois-Toussaint, and the second issue is called "Les mondes perdus" (Lost worlds). The crowdfunding campaign started a few days ago and has already surpassed its initial goal of 50 pre-order in just two days ! ! !

If you're interested in learning more or supporting the project (and the amazing 35 selected artists), here it is :

"Rage and Poetry" poster

I had the pleasure to designing and illustrating this poster for a post-rock and experimental concert taking place in Orléans at Le 108, a place that brings back cherished memories from the beginning of my journey in France.

It was a beautiful artistic collaboration between friends, carried by the mood of "Rage et Poésie" (Rage and Poetry).

Thank you to Marcello and Have the Moskovik

Behind the scenes of the International Writing Residency Program of NEF Animation

Some images and special moments I lived last month during the International Writing Residency Program of NEF Animation, which is hosted and coproduced by the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud

I have no words to express how grateful I am. I feel that sometimes pictures are better than words.

This is the story wall of my short film project Mes maisons volantes (My flying houses) I created during the one-month residency.

It's time to leave...but I accomplished one of the most important steps in making a film: write the plot !

A glance at the exhibition "Mes Maisons Volantes (My Flying Houses)"

I'm very happy to share some moments of the exhibition Mes Maisons Volantesthat took place from June 9 to 12 at the Maison de l'Ange in Châteaubriant.

With great joy I was finally able to unveil the work done during the residency and the pandemic lockdown : the stop motion animations and the flying houses made during the workshops, the animation tests for the short film, the drawings and of course, all the responses I received from my survey: "What's a flying house?" lunched in Avril 2020. Thanks again to all those who took part in it !

On this occasion, the work of another artist, Solweig Von Kleist, also invited to the animation film residency on the territory of Châteaubriant-Derval, was exhibited. Together we did a very good job creating a charming exhibition and offering a welcoming atmosphere.
